While tea is the traditional way to enjoy, VIBRANTEA matcha has many other uses. You can sip it, blend it, bake it, mix it, blitz it and swirl it to boost your daily nutrition. You might like to try:

  • a creamy matcha latte,
  • blitzing matcha into your next smoothie,
  • adding an earthy matcha green tea flavour to raw protein balls,
  • a sprinkle of matcha in sweet and savoury dishes - cooked, baked or raw!

Honey Almond Matcha Latte

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100ml hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 serve VIBRANTEA matcha (1 scoop or ½ teaspoon)
  • ½ teaspoon honey

Heat almond milk in a small saucepan, microwave or milk frother.  Do not boil.
Stir in honey.
Place 1g of VIBRANTEA matcha into a small bowl.
Using a chasen (bamboo whisk), gently press down on the powder to break up any lumps.
Add 100ml of hot water (not boiling - 90°C is ideal).
Use the chasen to quickly whisk the matcha, creating 'W' and 'M' shapes in the bowl to form a rich foam.
Add your heated almond milk to your frothy matcha.
Garnish with a light sprinkle of matcha powder or cinnamon and enjoy hot.

  • 5 parsley leaves
  • small slice of fennel
  • 2 serves VIBRANTEA matcha (2 scoops or a heaped teaspoon)
